As the products we offer are gaming products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered to the buyer and the buyer has confirmed receipt. Confirmation of receipt indicates that the product is functional and matches the description.

Before confirming receipt, the buyer has the right to request a return if the product is not as described, does not function properly, or contains any defects. In such cases, our assigned staff member will review the return request and verify its validity. If the buyer is deemed eligible for a return:

• A replacement account (product) will be provided to the buyer; or

• The paid amount will be refunded to the buyer’s wallet on the platform or to their credit card via the available payment gateways.

If we are unable to deliver the digital product to the buyer or the order is rejected for any reason at our discretion, the full amount paid will be refunded to the buyer’s wallet on the platform or to their credit card via the available payment gateways.
