Welcome to Sooq AlGamer Store (SOOQ ALGAMER)
Sooq AlGamer is an online store based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in brokerage and the sale of digital gaming products, according to the store's approved operational procedures. The services and all transactions made through the store are subject to the following terms and conditions:

First: Definitions

In this agreement, and unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

“Sooq AlGamer Store” or “Sooq AlGamer” or “The Store” or “We” or “Our” refers to Sooq AlGamer and the Abdulaziz Adel Sindi Trading and Marketing Establishment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“User” or “You” or “Your” means any natural or legal person visiting or using Sooq AlGamer, requesting, viewing, or purchasing digital gaming products, or communicating with us or others regarding store services or products, whether as a seller, buyer, or otherwise.
“Seller” refers to any person who registers on the store for the purpose of listing and selling digital gaming products, where Sooq AlGamer acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer.
“Buyer” refers to any person who purchases or intends to purchase digital gaming products listed for sale through the store, where Sooq AlGamer acts as an intermediary.
“Digital Gaming Products” refers to the products offered by sellers via Sooq AlGamer, which buyers can request to purchase and are delivered according to the store’s delivery mechanism.
“Content” means all text, images, videos, information, data, symbols, numbers, files, and any other materials provided via Sooq AlGamer or its services.
“Third Parties” refers to any person or entity not party to this agreement but involved in offering services or contributing to product delivery through Sooq AlGamer.
“Regulations” or “Laws” refer to all binding rules, regulations, decrees, and decisions enforced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“Agreement” refers to this document and all terms and conditions governing the use of Sooq AlGamer and its services, including all special agreements, sales policies, privacy policies, and content posted across the store’s pages or shared via email, SMS, or social platforms.

Second: Our Services

Sooq AlGamer is a digital marketplace that caters to gamers, allowing them to buy and sell digital games under the rules and procedures outlined on the platform.
Sooq AlGamer offers a secure purchasing process by ensuring delivery of products through store staff, enhancing buyer protection.
A clear return policy is available to guarantee the buyer's right to receive functioning and matching products. Buyers and sellers must review this policy before making transactions.
The store may modify or update the services and features offered through Sooq AlGamer at any time by changing the published descriptions.

Third: Legal Framework of Our Services

Sooq AlGamer is an online platform that acts as a broker in the sale of digital gaming products. The store is a marketing and e-commerce tool allowing sellers to display all relevant product details to inform buyers of the conditions under which they agree to purchase.
Listings of digital gaming products on Sooq AlGamer are considered “invitations to contract” and not binding offers. A sale contract is concluded only when a purchase request is submitted by the buyer and approved by us, depending on product availability and service capability.
Sooq AlGamer is not an internet service provider, hosting provider, content provider, or digital gaming product seller. It is not considered a publisher of any content shared via product listings or through the platform’s communication tools. All content is provided for informational purposes only.
You acknowledge and agree that Sooq AlGamer acts solely as a broker between parties. Game accounts and digital assets are managed by sellers before the sale and by buyers after the sale. The platform does not interfere with the management or functionality of the products.
You acknowledge and agree that Sooq AlGamer serves as an intermediary to facilitate sales, confirm transactions, and process payments. We are not responsible for errors made by buyers or sellers, and each party remains personally liable for their actions without any legal liability on Sooq AlGamer.

Fourth: Electronic Contract

This Terms of Use agreement, including its attachments, constitutes a legally binding electronic contract between Sooq AlGamer and any individual who visits, uses, lists, or purchases digital products via the platform or any associated digital service.
The agreement is considered complete and enforceable under Saudi law, binding on all users, and may not be revoked or terminated as long as it has legal effects.
Users acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and governs the legal relationship between Sooq AlGamer and users. No verbal or written statements outside this agreement shall be relied upon.
All service descriptions and subpages published by Sooq AlGamer form an integral part of this agreement.
Printed or electronic contracts supplementing this agreement are considered indivisible and subject to the same terms and conditions.
Any unclear terms shall be interpreted solely by Sooq AlGamer. Users may not interpret any clause contrary to the platform’s intended meaning.
You understand and agree that this agreement is subject to continuous updates to best regulate the relationship between the platform and its users. All updates are legally binding once published.

Fifth: Legal Capacity of Individuals

If the user is a natural person, they must be at least 18 years old at the time of agreeing to this contract. Sooq AlGamer may request proof of identity at any time. Users must also comply with any local age restrictions in their country of residence.
The user must be of sound mind, have full legal capacity, and be capable of understanding and making decisions.
Express consent to this agreement is required, and it is considered granted upon registration, platform usage, or initiating any purchase.
If a representative is acting on behalf of a user, proof of legal authority must be provided.
If the user is a minor, a legal guardian must enter into the agreement on their behalf.
Sooq AlGamer reserves the right to terminate the agreement or suspend a user’s account if it is discovered that they do not meet any of the eligibility requirements.

Sixth: Legal Status of Legal Entities

Legal and non-commercial entities must operate according to applicable regulations, possess valid licenses or approvals, and be officially registered under their relevant activity.
Sooq AlGamer may request proof of legal status, licenses, and registrations during account creation or at any time.
The entity must authorize a legal representative to enter into this agreement and provide documentation showing that the representative has such authority.
The legal representative is personally liable for any actions that exceed their authority.

Seventh: Digital Signature

By creating an account or clicking to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, you explicitly agree to all provisions within this agreement. It becomes legally binding from the date of account creation or from the moment of acceptance. Use of any services, even those not requiring registration, also constitutes agreement. Listing or purchasing any digital gaming product implies full acceptance of all terms, including all attached policies and conditions.

Eighth: Account

We allow you to register an account on Sooq AlGamer Store. You acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding creating and using your account on the store:

You must provide us with the required account registration data listed on the account creation page and any additional data that Sooq AlGamer Store may request at any time. You guarantee that the registration information is true, accurate, and complete. The registration information for each account includes:

User account: (Platform username, first name, last name, WhatsApp number, email address, physical address, date of birth, country, password, confirm password, and agreement to the terms and privacy policy).
Seller account: (Platform username, first name, last name, WhatsApp number, email address, physical address, date of birth, country, national ID number, account type "Personal or Business", link to the selling platform (optional), front and back image of national ID, password, confirm password, and agreement to the terms and privacy policy).

If the user is a legal entity, they guarantee that all documents required for lawful operation are valid and compliant with applicable regulations. They commit to keeping us updated with any changes. If the documents expire or are not renewed, the user must stop using Sooq AlGamer and its services. Otherwise, they assume full legal responsibility.
Account data must be correct, lawful, and you must be legally authorized to submit such data. You must maintain this accuracy throughout your registration period.
Your account name must fully reflect your personal or commercial identity. Using misleading or fake names or names belonging to others is prohibited. The name must not contain "Sooq AlGamer" or "SOOQ LAGAMER" to avoid implying false affiliation.
Membership is personal. You may not claim to register on behalf of another person unless legally authorized. Account ownership cannot be transferred or used by others without written approval.
You agree not to create multiple accounts with the same data or for misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to delete all accounts in such cases.
You are responsible for securing your password and preventing any unauthorized use of your account. You assume full responsibility for all transactions carried out through your account.
We may suspend or permanently disable your account for violating any term of this agreement, infringing on rights, or breaking applicable laws.
We may delete inactive or incomplete accounts without sending notifications.
Your account is provided under a "license to use" model, not ownership. We reserve the right to revoke access and close accounts if we deem it necessary.

Ninth: Seller Terms and Conditions

Sooq AlGamer Store allows sellers to list digital gaming products for sale. The platform acts as a digital intermediary between sellers and buyers. These transactions are subject to the following terms:

Sellers must register a "Seller Account" through the designated registration link and provide all required documents. The account must be activated by store management. Sellers must stay online as often as possible to increase visibility and sales.
Sellers must operate their own seller account and use it only to sell digital gaming products approved by Sooq AlGamer. Selling non-compliant items is prohibited.
Sellers are solely responsible for the products they offer. Sooq AlGamer does not provide additional guarantees on listed products.
The seller acknowledges that Sooq AlGamer is only a facilitator and assumes no legal responsibility if either party breaches their obligations.
The seller provides accurate and exclusive descriptions, images, and content when listing products. The seller confirms all information is truthful and does not violate third-party rights.
Sellers must deliver products within the declared timeframe and ensure the products are functional and match the agreed specifications. The seller assumes responsibility for any failure to deliver or defects.
If the seller fails to deliver, the buyer will be refunded, and the seller bears responsibility for legal claims or disputes.
Delivery must occur under the supervision of Sooq AlGamer staff. Direct delivery by the seller is not permitted.
Payments must be processed through Sooq AlGamer's payment system. Sellers will receive payments via approved transfer methods.
Cancellations and returns are governed by our return policy. Refunds may be withheld until the issue is resolved.
Sellers must not list unavailable products. Cancellations or delays due to unavailability may result in mandatory compensation to buyers.
All communication with buyers must occur through Sooq AlGamer channels. External communication is not recognized.
Sellers are prohibited from offering or accepting deals outside the platform. Violators will be permanently banned.
Abusive or inappropriate content is prohibited. All communication must be respectful. Violations must be reported immediately.
Sellers may not create multiple accounts or sell through user/buyer accounts. Fraudulent activity may result in penalties or account bans.
Sellers are responsible for all disputes or legal claims resulting from their activity, including delayed delivery or unauthorized delivery methods.
Sellers may be liable for refund fees in cases where the error is theirs (e.g., delays or incorrect pricing).
Sellers must not share sensitive data like activation codes or passwords in chat. Only use the secure methods provided.
Sellers may not list games limited to offline mode due to bans or other restrictions.

Tenth: Buyer Terms and Conditions

Buyers must register a "User Account" via the designated link and agree to the terms and privacy policy.
Buyers acknowledge that Sooq AlGamer only mediates the sale of products provided by sellers. We are not the product owner nor the seller's representative.
Buyers are responsible for selecting and confirming their desired products before submitting a purchase request.
Products may only be purchased if available from the seller, and if the seller can fulfill delivery as listed.
Buyers choose sellers independently and at their own discretion. Sooq AlGamer does not recommend sellers or products.
Buyers must pay the listed price via approved payment methods. Prices are set by sellers, and buyers must verify them independently.
Once payment is made and delivery occurs, returns are only possible as outlined in the return and buyer protection policies.
Products are listed and delivered solely by sellers. No warranties are provided by Sooq AlGamer.
Sooq AlGamer is not liable for any breach of contract by either party.
Payments must be made through platform-approved methods. Direct cash payments are not recognized.
Buyers purchase based on seller descriptions and confirm understanding by submitting the purchase request.
Buyers may not resell products or violate rights of developers or publishers.
If the buyer violates terms before delivery, Sooq AlGamer may cancel the order without notice and reserves the right to claim compensation.
Failure to comply with delivery instructions may result in cancellation, and the buyer may bear the costs.
Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and legal action.
Buyers must confirm receipt of matching and functional products. Confirmation authorizes payment to the seller.
Return requests must be submitted within the return period and with valid justification. No claims are accepted after this period.
Sooq AlGamer is not a party to sales contracts and assumes no obligations but will cooperate with official authorities if disputes arise.
Sooq AlGamer may cancel transactions in cases of incomplete or suspicious buyer data or activity.
Buyers must follow platform policies and comply with applicable laws.
Buyers must treat sellers with respect. Abuse, illegal demands, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation without refunds.
Buyers must use products lawfully and in accordance with publisher and developer policies.
If usage terms exist, buyers must fully comply. Sooq AlGamer is not liable for any misuse.
Buyer Protection Policy:

Sooq AlGamer protects buyers in cases of (non-receipt, or product not matching the description).
Sooq AlGamer does not protect buyers in cases of (confirmed receipt, buyer’s change of mind, or publisher/developer changes post-sale).

Eleventh: Payment Policy

The buyer must review the prices listed on Sooq AlGamer for the digital games they wish to purchase. The buyer understands that these prices are final and cannot be reduced under any circumstances, unless the seller store offers promotional discounts for a limited period, which will be clearly announced on the platform.
Sooq AlGamer accepts payment in the local currency accepted by us or in US dollars. We reserve the right to specify accepted currencies for certain orders.
Payment must be made using the approved payment methods shown to the buyer during checkout, which include Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and Mada. We may update or restrict payment options at any time.
The buyer acknowledges that the payment gateway may charge fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The gateway also applies its own terms of service, which the buyer must comply with.
You acknowledge and agree that Sooq AlGamer is not a payment card issuer nor does it store buyer payment data. Buyers must complete transactions directly through Sooq AlGamer without using third-party software or intermediate pages to ensure security.
Payments may be processed by banks or third-party payment providers to ensure legal compliance and to detect suspicious or illegal activity.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time at our sole discretion.

Twelfth: Digital Game Delivery Policy

After the buyer completes the payment and the platform confirms receipt, the order is assigned to a staff member who will supervise the delivery process.
The staff member collects the product from the seller and delivers it to the buyer. The buyer must confirm receipt for the seller to receive payment in their wallet.
If any delivery issues arise, the buyer must immediately notify the assigned staff member. If the issue is due to the buyer and cannot be resolved, the platform may cancel the order.
If the buyer refuses receipt after successful delivery despite the product being functional, with intent to defraud, the staff member may confirm delivery and close the order.
The buyer has a maximum of 48 hours to confirm receipt. If no response is received, confirmation will be automatic, and no further claims will be accepted.

Thirteenth: Buyer Commitments After Receipt

Upon receiving the product, the buyer must verify its condition and conformity to the agreed specifications.
The buyer agrees to back up their product on electronic storage devices (e.g., CD, DVD, USB). Sooq AlGamer is not responsible for lost content or damaged storage devices, in accordance with applicable laws.
The buyer agrees to use the purchased products in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of this agreement and the suppliers' terms.
We are not obligated to provide additional features post-sale and do not guarantee that products will meet all buyer expectations. Products are accepted as-is based on their specifications.
Sooq AlGamer does not guarantee full usability of products or profits resulting from their use.
If the product requires hosting services, the buyer must pay the required fees on time. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Sooq AlGamer is not liable for consequences arising from service interruptions.

Fourteenth: Return Policy

Since our digital products are non-tangible, returns are not accepted once the buyer confirms receipt. Confirmation means the product is correct and functional.
Before confirming receipt, the buyer may request a return if the product is defective or does not match the listing. Our staff will review the case, and if valid, the buyer will be:
- Compensated with a replacement product account, or
- Refunded via their digital wallet or credit card through our payment gateway.
If we cannot fulfill the order or reject it for any reason, we will refund the full amount to the buyer's wallet or original payment method.

Fifteenth: Acceptable Use Policy

Sooq AlGamer services are provided as-is and may be limited to regions where we operate, including Saudi Arabia and other countries per our operating policies.
You must use the platform lawfully. Misuse or illegal exploitation of our services is strictly prohibited.
You must ensure the accuracy of any data entered and review it periodically for updates.
All data you submit must be complete, accurate, up to date, and truthful. It must match the registration form requirements.
If you provide incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized data, we may block your access or take legal or administrative action.
You must report any account breaches or illegal access to help us secure your account.
You must notify us of any suspicious or illegal use of the platform.
This agreement does not grant partnership or legal representation rights. Media communication or acting on behalf of Sooq AlGamer is not permitted without written consent.
You must not send unlawful or abusive messages to us, users, or any external parties.
You must verify all information obtained via the platform. We are not liable for inaccurate or outdated content.

Sixteenth: Third Parties

We may work with third parties to deliver some services. You authorize us to engage with such parties on your behalf.
We may link to or integrate with external services. By clicking those links, you agree to their use.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing these before use. Sooq AlGamer does not guarantee their compliance.

Seventeenth: Privacy and Confidentiality

Your data is collected, processed, and used in accordance with Sooq AlGamer’s Privacy Policy.
You must keep your login details confidential. You are liable for any disclosure or misuse.
You are personally responsible for any disclosure of your personal data to others.
You must not disclose another user’s data obtained via platform communication without their consent.
Disclosure of private data must be limited to service requirements. You are personally liable for any other disclosures.
You must not reveal any confidential information about Sooq AlGamer’s operations.
You agree not to collect user data (e.g., phone numbers) through any unauthorized means.
You acknowledge that internet security is not guaranteed.

Eighteenth: Rights and Licenses

You grant us the right to use your data (e.g., name, phone number, email) to deliver services.
Sooq AlGamer provides a usage license only. You are not granted any ownership, partnership, or profit-sharing rights.
If compliant with our terms and any fees, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for non-commercial use.
This license does not permit sublicensing, resale, or commercial use of the platform or its content.
You may not duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit the platform or its parts without our written consent.
You may not use our brand or trademarks without explicit written permission.
You may not post malicious, harmful, or illegal content or software via the platform.
Users may share ideas or suggestions, provided they do not violate legal or intellectual property rights.
You must only use the platform legally. Any violations terminate your license.
All rights not explicitly granted remain with Sooq AlGamer.

Nineteenth: Communications

When you use any Sooq AlGamer services or send us an email, you are communicating with us electronically and agree to receive communications from us in return. We may contact you via email, phone, platform notifications, or other Sooq AlGamer services.
Consent to Use of Electronic Records: For purposes of the Terms of Service, you agree to receive legally required disclosures and communications electronically instead of in paper form.
By accepting this clause, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
During registration, Sooq AlGamer may request your consent to send promotional emails regarding new features, offers, or added products.
If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly. However, this may limit your access to service information.
Any notices required to be sent to Sooq AlGamer must be delivered via email to the address specified on the platform.

Twentieth: Copyright Policy

Sooq AlGamer, its physical and digital components, and all included or available content such as text, logos, graphics, audio clips, button icons, digital downloads, software, and data compilation are the property of Sooq AlGamer and/or its content suppliers and are protected under copyright laws of Saudi Arabia and international treaties.
All content compilation on Sooq AlGamer services is the exclusive property of Sooq AlGamer and is protected under Saudi and international copyright laws, including the Berne Convention and TRIPS Agreement.
All digital games provided or delivered through the platform are protected by intellectual property rights as per applicable laws and this agreement.

Twenty-First: Trademarks

"Sooq AlGamer" or "SOOQ LAGAMER" and all associated logos are trademarks or service marks owned by us. Other logos or marks used are the property of their respective owners.
Images, logos, headers, button icons, text, and service names are trademarks and trade dress of Sooq AlGamer and its affiliates in Saudi Arabia and other countries.
You may not use Sooq AlGamer trademarks in any way that could harm its reputation or mislead customers. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Other trademarks displayed are the property of their respective owners, whether affiliated with Sooq AlGamer or not.

Twenty-Second: Review Terms and Conditions

We allow you to review Sooq AlGamer’s services under the following conditions:

Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and use appropriate language.
Reviews must not include names, entities, or cultural or religious insults.
Sooq AlGamer is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user reviews, which are the sole responsibility of their authors.
We reserve the right to remove illegal reviews and suspend users who violate terms. Lack of removal does not imply approval.
We may decline to publish reviews that violate these terms and may seek legal action if damage is caused.

Twenty-Third: Legal Liability

The user acknowledges that the relationship with Sooq AlGamer is contractual and both parties are bound by this agreement.
Users are responsible for maintaining lawful and credible usage of the platform and for compensating Sooq AlGamer for any damages resulting from misuse.
Users must not use the platform for illegal or socially harmful activities or send offensive content.
Sellers are solely responsible for the legality and quality of products they offer. Sooq AlGamer assumes no liability for this content.
Users are solely responsible for direct, electronic, or telephonic communication with others on the platform.
Sooq AlGamer and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or costs related to the use of its services.
Users must defend and indemnify Sooq AlGamer from any losses resulting from their actions or negligence.
Users must report any suspicious or violating content to Sooq AlGamer.
Legal liability applies for breaches of data confidentiality, unauthorized account transfers, fraudulent claims, infrastructure abuse, service interference, user impersonation, copyright infringement, and violation of laws or platform policies.
Sooq AlGamer may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation without refund.
Violating this agreement does not waive Sooq AlGamer’s rights to take appropriate actions.
We do not guarantee enforcement of every violation but retain the right to act at our discretion.

Twenty-Fourth: Limitation of Liability

Sooq AlGamer is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.
You expressly agree to use Sooq AlGamer at your own risk. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the quality or legality of the products, which is solely the seller’s responsibility. We disclaim liability for any failure by sellers or third parties to meet their obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sooq AlGamer disclaims all liability arising from the use of the platform, whether express or implied.
Sooq AlGamer does not guarantee that the platform, its servers, or emails sent are free of viruses or harmful components, nor that defects will be corrected. Temporary unavailability may occur for maintenance or updates. Technical support is not guaranteed.
Sooq AlGamer is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Sooq AlGamer is not liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
Sooq AlGamer does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or quality of the information obtained by users on the platform.
Sooq AlGamer does not warrant that requested information will be available at all times or that services will be error-free.
Users assume full responsibility for the use or reliance on any information from the platform. Sooq AlGamer does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of content, nor uninterrupted operation.
Users acknowledge that Sooq AlGamer is an internet-based service, and while efforts are made to secure data, we cannot ensure complete data security due to internet limitations.
Sooq AlGamer cannot confirm the identity of every user.
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Sooq AlGamer, its affiliates, and employees from any claims resulting from your use of the platform or violation of this agreement.
Sooq AlGamer may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice and may suspend accounts in case of abuse or violation.
Sooq AlGamer is not liable for any special damages, reputational harm, or financial losses from misuse or inability to use the platform or its digital products.
You release Sooq AlGamer from any claims or losses resulting from actions by other users.

Twenty-Fifth: Fees and Taxes Policy

Browsing and using Sooq AlGamer is free, and no subscription is required for access.
Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply to products sold, and buyers must pay applicable taxes as per the invoice.
Fees, commissions, or subscriptions may be charged to registered sellers, which will be clearly communicated.

Twenty-Sixth: Transfer of Rights and Obligations

Sooq AlGamer and its owning entity may transfer their rights and obligations under this agreement to any person or entity without user consent. All obligations remain binding upon notification.
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement without written consent from Sooq AlGamer. Any unauthorized agreement is void.

Twenty-Seventh: Modifications

Sooq AlGamer may amend these terms at any time and will update the “Last Updated” date. Users must review this page regularly.
Modifications take effect from the date of publication and apply immediately to all services and relationships.
Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Twenty-Eighth: Termination

This agreement shall be automatically terminated without legal or judicial action if you breach any clause, fail to fulfill obligations, provide incomplete or unverifiable information, or cause legal disputes.
Termination does not affect legal consequences arising during the agreement’s validity.

Twenty-Ninth: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in Saudi courts within the jurisdiction of Sooq AlGamer’s registered office.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Thirtieth: Language

This agreement is drafted in Arabic. In case of translation, the Arabic version shall prevail in legal contexts.

Thirty-First: Calendar

All time references in this agreement are based on the Gregorian calendar.

Thirty-Second: Notifications
